Protective measures and reminders


Vaccine Pass

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders has been temporarily suspended starting from 14/03/2022 until further notic, except for some pandago COD orders. This can minimize physical contact between customers and couriers, and provide extra protection. 

After consultation with the government, we have confirmed that our couriers will be included in this exemption, and will be able to pick up the orders at the restaurants and shops as usual, but each private premise can set its own policies on requiring the “vaccination pass” or not.


Contactless Delivery

We have launched "Contactless Delivery" in early 2020 to protect the safety and health of our fleets and customers. Feel free to refresh your memory from time to time!

Delivering to buildings with confirmed case/home quarantine

In light of the increasing number of confirmed cases in the community, you may have a higher chance to deliver to buildings with higher risks,  confirmed cases, or home quarantine. We encourage you to make good use of the Proof of Delivery feature for these orders.

Personal Hygiene

In this time of the pandemic, we would like to remind you on some basic personal hygiene that you should keep in mind. 

- Always put on masks 


- Always wash your hands


- Drink lots of water


- Do not eat raw meat



We are continuously looking for ways to enhance your protection. Therefore, we have recently upgraded the insurance plan for all couriers, including:

- Accidental Medical Expenses: max claim amount at HK$78,000 per insured person

- Temporary Total Disablement: max claim amount at HK$3,900 per week (up to 5 weeks)

We have also extended the insurance plan with Covid-19 coverage! For details of the updated plan, click the button below.


Special Arrangement

If you encounter any of the situations listed below, please inform the Operations Team by creating a ticket through Rider Support within rider app immediately, so we can follow up on your situation:

  1. If you find yourself suffering with cold-like symptoms such as fever and cough, (you are also advised to visit the clinic as soon as possible);

  2. If you are requested to undergo compulsory testing for Covid-19 and are awaiting the results; and

  3. If you are tested positive for Covid-19
