It’s very simple and works similar to other messengers!

You will be able to chat with customer once after you have accepted an order.

It will be available once you have accepted the order to activate chat. Click on message bubble next to Customer’s name

One check means the customer has received your message

Two checks means he had read your message

X mark - message is not sent

If you received a message, you’ll get a notification

This chat will help you reduce misunderstandings with customers.
