After listening to your feedback, we are now introducing 3 new delivery screens after accepting an order in the rider app of all couriers who are using android devices:
1. “On The Way to Vendor" screen
2. “On The Way To Customer” screen
3. “On the way to Return” screen
when you receive a new order.
After accepting an order, you should see the “On The Way to Vendor" screen. When you arrive arrived at the vendor, press the button “Arrived at vendor”.
After picking up an order, you should see the “On The Way to Customer" screen. When you arrive at the customer, press the button “Arrived at customer”.
In case you have to return orders back to the vendor, you will then be redirected to the “On the way to Return” screen.
When you arrive at the vendor, press the button “Arrived at Vendor” to complete the return trip.
With these new delivery screens, we hope to further enhance the delivery flow. We will continue to listen to feedback and make improvements to provide a better delivery experience for you all!
