Terms and Conditions

2022 May New Joiner Fee
 

1. ​The promotion period is valid from 02 May to 29 May 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period consists of 2 Phases - Phase 1: 02 May to 15 May 2022; Phase 2: 16 May to 29 May, 2022.

2. The join date is determined on the date of account activation, not the date of application submission.  

3. Referral fee and New joiner fee is only applicable to new-join foodpanda couriers.

4. Referral fee is only applicable to referrers.

5. New independent contractors (referees) must successfully accept and complete designated number orders within the 30 days after the date of account creation.

6. New independent contractors (referees) must not change the vehicle type within the 30 days after the date of account creation.

7. Once the referral criteria is met, the extra referral fee amount will appear in the "payment tab" and "wallet" of the rider app of the referer’s account within 7 days; the extra new joiner fee amount will be shown on the "payment tab" and "wallet" in rider app of the new joiner’s account on the 30th day after account creation.

8. Referrers must be couriers with an active contract/service agreement and who completed at least one order before.

9. Referrers must be couriers with an active contract/service agreement before the referee fulfils the referral criteria.

10. Referees must use referrers’ referral link to sign up.

11. Referrer and referee must not be the same person.

12. The referrer record submitted after an account has been activated will not be accepted.

13. Referral fee will not be given to any couriers who are found to be in breach of their Independent Contractor Agreement.

14. The Company reserves the rights of final decision related to the promotions and any dispute thereof, and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
