By updating this Scheme, we aim at providing you with higher transparency of your earnings. Therefore, apart from the “Acceptance Screen” where you can view the earnings of an order before accepting it, you can also check out the “Payment Screen” which provides clear breakdown on your service fees.

 

Each service cycle lasts for two weeks and therefore you will receive your earnings biweekly on Thursdays. Below shows the service cycles of July 2020 and explains another amazing Roadrunner feature - Payment Screen.

How to submit insurance claims if I met with an accident*?

It's easy! You can directly submit your claims to the Insurer.

1. Fill in the Incident Report

2. Attach all the relevant documents

3. Send the entire set of document to foodpanda-claims@marsh.com
