 Virtual Spot Check

In order to tackle the multiple accounts issue, the foodpanda Operations Team will occasionally conduct “Virtual Spot Check” to verify the identity of courier during deliveries Our team might be calling you on the registered mobile phone number and will be reaching out to you in the rider support chatroom requiring certain evidence in a specific format (included but not limited to show HKID, order code, selfie without mask etc.) from you to verify your identity in real time.


Couriers who ignore the message/ call or fail to follow the instruction by providing the necessary documentation (to prove the identity as account owner) will be treated as "Failing the check" and may result in immediate account termination


Please be reminded:

  • To update your registered mobile phone and other contact details if necessary

  • Always bring your HKID along with you

  • Never leave your HKID at building reception

  • HKID copy will not be considered as valid proof
