
Deliveroo is ending operations in Hong Kong on 7 April 2025. As part of this process we've partnered with foodpanda who will continue serving customers, restaurants, and riders in Hong Kong. For riders, foodpanda is offering extra incentives for new riders and riders who haven't worked in a while:

For Deliveroo couriers who are new to foodpanda, you will receive an extra fee (HKD200 for walkers, HKD500 for other vehicles) upon registration and completion of first 10 orders. You can join foodpanda via the unique personalised link sent via email to enjoy these exciting onboarding offers.

Couriers with an existing foodpanda account who have not taken any sessions since 31 January 2025, will receive the same extra fee (HKD200 for walkers, HKD500 for other vehicles) upon completion of the first 10 orders in the first month. You may log in to foodpanda and start booking your sessions (check this guide on how to book sessions).

Do I need to get a foodpanda rider account or will one be created automatically for me?
If you don’t have a foodpanda rider account, you’ll need to create one and complete onboarding using the unique link Deliveroo sent you via email.
If you already have an account, even if you haven’t used it in a while, you can start booking sessions immediately logging in to the foodpanda rider app (check this guide on how to book sessions).

Will my account information, documents, history, etc. be transferred from Deliveroo to foodpanda?
No, your account information will not be transferred. You need to create a new account with foodpanda and follow the registration steps.

I have a foodpanda account but I have an ongoing access restriction, how can I book sessions?
If the ongoing restriction is due to an outstanding cash balance, please clear your wallet balance and the restriction will be lifted automatically. Instructions for returning COD: https://www.pandarider.hk/cod-submission-7-11
If the ongoing restriction is due to missing or expired documents or information, please update the necessary documents or information in My profile in the rider app. The restriction will be lifted automatically.
For other ongoing access restrictions please create a ticket through the rider Help Center on the pandarider app, and the support team will get back to you.

How can I get onboarded on foodpanda?
You will use a unique registration link provided by Deliveroo via email. You can then use your unique one time rider code to register.

When can I start delivering with foodpanda?
After you registered and provided a correct unique code, your data will be subject to verification. After successful verification, you will receive your foodpanda rider ID and account password. From that point, you can start booking shifts and delivering orders.

Until when can I submit my documents for registration?
We are giving Deliveroo riders a period of 4 weeks after registration (via the unique link and code in your email) to provide the necessary documents. During this period, you can begin taking sessions and delivering orders.

I have a foodpanda account but I can't log in. How can I get supported?
Please send an email to rider@foodpanda.hk and describe your situation (e.g. the error message shown on the login page in the rider app). The support team will get back to you.
